Faith Pres : Youth Ministry Thanks for checking out the youth ministry of Faith Presbyterian Church! High School Youth Group : CrossTraining CrossTraining meets weekly on Sunday evenings from 6:00 - 8:00pm. We always begin with dinner at 6pm before singing, a short lesson, and occasionally breaking into small groups for discussion and prayer. There are separate guys and girls Bible studies which meet bi-weekly. In addition to our weekly meetings and bible studies, we encourage youth to join us at our annual youth missions conference in February, bi-annual summer missions trips to Merida, Mexico, other weekend retreats, rock-climbing and white-water rafting trips, movie and game nights, and other adventures. Middle School Youth Group : Doulos Doulos is a Greek word meaning "servant". Our middle school weekly meeting is for youth in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. We meet every Wednesday 6:00 - 7:30pm. There are also separate middle school guys and girls Bible studies which meet bi-weekly. Doulos heads out on an annual weekend retreat in March, the EDGE conference in June, paintball days, game nights, trips to a ruby mine, and many games of dodgeball. Youth Pastor : Colin Ravenhill Colin Ravenhill has been our youth pastor since June 2005. He hails from Columbia, Missouri. Colin graduated from the University of Missouri (Go MIZZOU!), which is where he met his wife, Stefanie, and received his Master of Divinity from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis in 2005. Colin and Stefanie were married in 1999 and have two children, Jake and Jane. In his free time, Colin enjoys long walks on the beach. No, wait, he enjoys playing and watching baseball with his family and exploring the beautiful state of Georgia.
