AN INVITATION TO JOIN US
As Christians, we believe that Easter is a celebration of the single greatest day in human history.
But why?
We invite you to join us on Sunday, April 20 to find out.
Maybe you've wondered what's the deal with Christianity, or perhaps you've questioned what Christians actually believe. (Hint: it's rarely what you see in pop culture!) You are welcome with us.
Maybe you are exhausted from circumstances in your life, and you're looking for some hope. You are welcome with us.
Maybe you think Christianity is the most ridiculous thing you've ever heard. You are welcome with us.
Maybe you used to go to church but haven't in a long time. You are welcome with us.
Maybe every Christian you know is downright crazy, or at least a little nutty. You are welcome with us.
Maybe you've been hurt by the church in the past. You are welcome with us.
Maybe you live a lifestyle that is incompatible with Christianity. You are welcome with us.
Maybe none of these describe you, but you are interested (or disinterested, perhaps) for other reasons. No matter your current spiritual status or faith background, you are welcome with us.
Will you join us on Easter Sunday? Come and be refreshed by the truth of the Gospel, or "good news" - hear about who Jesus is, why he came, and why Easter matters.
EASTER SUNDAY DETAILS
Worship services will be held at 8:30AM and 11AM.
On Easter Sunday, Children’s Church is available during both services for children 4 years old through 2nd grade. Nursery for ages 3 and under is also available at both services, but is not available during the Breakfast and Egg Hunt between services.
A Breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt will be held on the Plaza/Playground. Breakfast begins at 9:45AM and the Egg Hunt will start at 10AM. This event is for all ages and stages of life, with the egg hunt for children ages 5th grade and under. [Nursery is not available during Breakfast.]
As always, a livestream of the 8:30 AM service will be on our YouTube page, with a saved version of the worship service available shortly after the livestream ends.
We hope you will join us as we celebrate the world's greatest hope: Jesus Christ is risen! He is risen indeed!
GOOD FRIDAY DETAILS
Lord Jesus, it’s hard not to feel conflicted about calling the day of your crucifixion “good.” That there had to be a day when you—the eternally glorious, righteous, loving Son of God, would be made sin for us, is not good at all. But at the same time, that you would freely and gladly give yourself for us on the cross is never-to-be surpassed goodness. It is quintessential goodness.
- Scotty Smith, “Good Friday”
Our Good Friday worship service will be held at 7PM on Friday, April 18. Nursery for ages 3 and younger is available.
